How do I turn the phone off/on?
Power On:Press and hold the Red button for 3-5 seconds until you hear the start-up tune.
Power Off:Press and hold the Red button for 3-5 seconds until the power-off animation begins.
How do I turn the volume of the ringtone up?
Go to Menu > Profiles > Normal then press Options > Settings, scroll down to Adjust Volume, then select Caller Ringtone. Adjust it with Up and Down arrow keys and press Done twice.
How do I turn the phone up so I can hear the person I'm talking to?
While listening to the other person speak, press the + side of the +/- button until the volume is comfortable. If it is too loud, press the - side of the button to reduce the volume.
The keypad is locked, how do I unlock it?
To unlock the phone: On the right side of the phone (to the side of the red button) you will see two switches. Slide the bottom switch up toward the top switch (flashlight/torch) to unlock the keypad. Please note: When the keypad is locked, you can still answer incoming calls by pressing the green OK/Send button. To lock the phone: Slide the same switch down.
Having Issue with the SIM?
The Jupiter 2 TT850 takes a standard size SIM card only. Use an adapter in case you have a Micro or a Nano SIM. The adapter can be bought from any nearby mobile store.
How do I access my voicemail?
To access your voicemail from your TTfone, press and hold the 1 button until you see the call connecting. Once the call is connected, follow the prompts. You might need to add voice mail number which will be provided by network provider.
Which languages are available for the menu?
English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian.
How do I set the time and date?
Go to Menu > Settings > Phone Settings > Time and Date > Set Time and Date, then enter the time using the numbers in the keypad. Scroll down for the date and repeat the process, press Done.
In Time and Date Settings you can also choose the format of the date and the time.
How do I switch off the talking buttons feature?
Access Menu by pressing the Up arrow key and go to Settings > Profiles > then scroll up or down to Normal and press Green Button for Options. Then choose Settings, scroll down to Other Alert Rings, select it with the Green Button then scroll down to Dial Pad Tone. Press the Green Button to edit the options and then choose either Tone, Click or Silent, and save with the Green Button
What is the SOS button on the back?
It’s a button that can be programmed to call whichever number or numbers you choose, so that everyone you want to be notified in case of emergency gets a phone call. The people on the other end of the line then can hear everything going on. It also activates a loud alarm to draw attention from bystanders so they can assist until help arrives. The SOS button will also send out emergency text messages to inform others of a problem.
How to reset TT850?
RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS OF TT850
1. Press the Up Arrow key to access the main menu.
2. Press the navigation key until Settings appears, press the Green key.
3. Press the navigation key until Phone Settings appears, press the Green key.
4. Press the navigation key until Restore Factory Settings appears, press the Green key.
It will ask for a password: 1122, press the Green key and it will restart your phone.
Now wait till the mobile restart which will restore the default settings of the phone.
