We have 3 delivery options for our UK customers:

2. Expedited Delivery: It takes 2 - 3 working days with additional charges

Our TTfone mobile has a 1-year service warranty which covers you for manufacturer faults.

Q.4. How long can you return the mobile for a refund?

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered or may not suitable with the user and you wish to return it, we do have 30 days return policy. Once the item is posted will process your refund request accordingly. Please note top-up credit is not refundable.

Q.5. The appearance is simple, but is it easy to use?

Absolutely! With our intuitive layout, it takes no time at all to learn where things are, and the menus are laid out so that there isn’t a lot of clicking and searching for what you need.

Everyone! Anyone can benefit from our simple and functional phones. The large buttons, audio feedback, and simple features are especially helpful for small children just learning to use a phone, people with visual or motor impairments, and the elderly.

Q.7. Is this phone considered safe?

Our phones have met all the necessary requirements established by the UK, and it has been determined that our mobile phones have less radiation than other mobile phones.

Q.8. Can this phone be hands free?

Absolutely!  For some models, simply press the hands-free button once and for some you will have to press Options and select Hands-free.

This feature is helpful when driving, cooking, caring for children, or performing any other activity where your hands are not readily available. It is also helpful when you are trying to involve more people in the conversation.

Q.9. What comes with the phone?

The phone comes with a user manual, a battery, and a USB cable charger. Some of our models come with a desktop charger also.

Q.10. What SIM card can I use in TTfone mobile phones?

Most of our mobile phones are unlocked, meaning, you can use any sim card that you want. But 2G compatible phones don't support Three, ID, and Smarty network.

Q.11. Can flip phones answer and end calls by flipping them open and close?

All flip phones have a flip answer feature where you can answer and end calls by flipping it open and close. However, 3G flip phones like TT950 and TT970 does not support a flip answer in WhatsApp calls.

Q.12. Do you have other languages other than English?

All TTfone mobile phones support English, Spanish, Italian, French, and German. Aside from the languages mentioned, some language features include Arabic, Polish, Dutch, Portuguese, Romanian, Indian, Turkish, Russian, and Polish depending on the mobile model.

Q.13. What TTfone phone model can use WhatsApp?

You can check on TT970, TT950, TT20, and TT280 as these phone models operate WhatsApp.
