Dedicated Assistance Button
When it comes to our parents, grandparents or children, we always want to find reassurance that everything is well, and if not, it is best to know if something is happening. Now that the UK is allowing us to visit our relatives this might be a good time to gift them a TTfone with the dedicated assistance feature.
TTfone we have a very popular and unique feature in our mobile phones, the dedicated assistance emergency button. It's a button that can be programmed to call whichever number or numbers you choose so that everyone you want to be notified in case of emergency gets an alert. The people on the other end of the line can then act on the alert accordingly.
How does it work?
- To turn it on hold down the dedicated assistance button for three seconds
- First of all, the phone will sound a loud audible alarm on the phone itself (which you can switch off if not needed)
- Then it will send a text message to up to five people that you can preset saying “please come and help me” or “please call me”. (this can be customised)
- It will then ring each of your set emergency contacts, the phone will ring the first contact if they don’t answer it will try the second contact, all the way through five different contacts.
- Our flagship TT950 model will also send a text with a google maps link of the location of the phone.
Any number can be programmed in and it just takes one press of the panic button to make that all-important call.
it’s brilliant, it’s simple because it’s easy.
