TT20 Support

The TTfone TT20 takes a micro sized (medium) SIM card only. The TTfone TT20 is 3G compatible and will work on any network across the UK.

To update the software, kindly go to Settings > Device > Device Information > Software Update.

If you want to update the system, select Download, after it is done please select Install to complete the upgrade. Now your phone’s software will be the latest version.

The micro SD memory card is for added memory of the mobile phone. It is optional and it is sold separately. Please note that you can use a memory card for no larger than 128 GB whilst the phone has a storage capacity of 8GB.

RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS FOR TT20

1. Please head to 'Settings' from the app drawer.

2. In Settings head towards 'System' by scrolling down.

3. Tap on 'Reset options'.

4. 'Erase all data' (factory reset) then tap the button 'Delete all data' and select the same button at Erase all data.

Now wait till the mobile restart which will restore the default settings of the phone.

HARD RESET FOR TT20

Here are the steps on how to do a hard reset on your TT20 mobile phone.

1. Make sure that the phone is switched off.

2. Hold down both the power key and the volume up (+) key for 25-30seconds.

3. Once you see TTfone logo appears on your screen release your fingers and options will show.

4. Select the wipe data/factory reset, use the volume buttons to navigate and the Power key to select.

5. The next display will ask to confirm factory reset after that it will start restoring the default settings. It is important not to remove the battery or interrupt the process.

6. Once the reset is done, you will see the next screen. On the options displayed select "reboot the system" now and restart your mobile phone.
