The TTfone TT240 takes a standard size sim card only. The TTfone TT240 is 3G compatible and will work on any network across the UK.
To update the software, kindly go to Settings/Device/Device Information/Software Update. If you want to update the system, select Download, after it is done please select Install to complete the upgrade. Now your phone’s software will be the latest version. *Please be reminded to turn on the data connection before searching for updates.
The TTfone TT240 KaiOS does not support WhatsApp video and voice calls.
The TTfone TT240 does not have a touchscreen feature but it does have the dedicated button for Google Assistant simply hold the middle key for 5 seconds and speak into the microphone device clearly.

The TTfone TT240 will only come with a USB cable charger, the mains head charger is sold separately.
Yes, WhatsApp is a built-in application on the mobile phone. Simply set up the WhatsApp wizard settings and make sure you have a WiFi connection or mobile data to communicate your loved ones. WhatsApp will ask you first to agree on the terms and conditions, then will ask to verify your phone number and will send you a text message with a code. Enter this code to start using WhatsApp. *Please note that WhatsApp in KaiOs does not support voice and videocalls.
Yes, you can. Transfer your favourite music and pictures between your TT240 and PC. Connect your device to a PC with the USB power cable and go to Menu/Settings/Storage/USB Storage and select ‘Enabled’.

The micro SD memory card is for added memory of the mobile phone. It is optional and it is sold separately. Please note that you can use a memory card for no larger than 32 GB whilst the phone has a storage capacity of 4GB.
